About the Fund
Fund Objective
The investment objective of the Scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation from a diversified portfolio predominantly consisting of equity & equity related instruments, arbitrage opportunities, and fixed income instruments (including debt and money market instruments). However, there is no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be achieved.
Fund Description
The Scheme will be predominantly actively managed and invest in equity, commodity, InvIT and debt securities through a combination of net long equity, arbitrage and debt strategies. Net long equity investments aim to generate capital appreciation, while arbitrage opportunities seek to benefit from price differentials between cash and derivatives markets. Debt investments will be guided by interest rate views, yield curve movements and a top-down approach to security selection. The Scheme may also use arbitrage strategies to hedge the portfolio and manage volatility.

The Scheme uses proprietary models analysing market trends, technical indicators, fund flows and macroeconomic data to guide its asset allocation across hedged and unhedged equity, arbitrage, debt, Exchange Traded Commodity Derivatives (ETCDs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs). Its anti-momentum signals aim to identify potential trend exhaustion and guide adjustments in unhedged equity exposure as market conditions evolve. The Fund Manager retains discretion over asset allocation. The strategy does not assure capital protection or returns.
