Before we start with the process, let us keep the following document handy to save time.

1. AMFI Registration Number (ARN) document
2. Bank passbook
3. Registered mobile device and email id

Step 1: Visit www.samcomf.com

Hover your mouse on the ‘Distributor Corner’ button on the top left and click on ‘Empanel’.
Now enter your ARN number.

Step 2: Verify your contact details

Now enter your mobile number and verify it with a one-time password. If you want to receive updates on WhatsApp, simply tick the checkbox.

If you want to add a mobile number, enter your new mobile number, verify with a one-time password and proceed.

After the mobile verification, complete the verification process via email.

Step 3: Upload your ARN

In this step, you have to upload a clear scan copy of all necessary documents for verification. (Note: Your file should be no more than 5Mb in jpeg/png/pdf formats)

Step 4: Add your bank information

Once you upload your ARN, you will be directed to add your bank account details where your ARN name will be auto-fetched. Now enter the details such as name/business name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch address, and select your account type.

Step 5: Add nominee

You can skip adding your nominee at a later stage.

In case you want to add a nominee, enter the nominee's name, relationship and address.

If the nominee is minor, click on the checkbox, add the date of birth of the nominee and add the guardian name. Click ok.

Step 6: One-Click Empanelment

Simply read all the terms and conditions thoroughly and then agree to the checkbox and click on Get Empanelled.

Let’s start with the empanelment process for Non-individuals: A step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Visit www.samcomf.com

Hover your mouse on the ‘Distributor Corner’ button on the top left and click on ‘Empanel’. Select your Distributor type. Now enter your ARN.

Step 2: Verify your contact details

Now enter your mobile number and verify it with a one-time password. If you want to receive updates on WhatsApp, simply tick the checkbox.

If you want to add a mobile number, enter your new mobile number, verify with a one-time password and proceed.

After the mobile verification, complete the verification process via email.

Step 3: Add bank account information

Once you upload your ARN, you will be directed to add your bank account details where your ARN name will be auto-fetched. Now enter the details such as name/business name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch address, and select your account type.

Step 4: Upload your documents

● Board Resolution (BR)

● Authorised Signatory (ASL)

(Note: Your file should be no more than 5Mb in jpeg/png/pdf formats)

Step 5: Add authorized signatories

In this step, add your authorised signatories in the following columns and verify them. You must mention the following details such as

● Name

● Email

● Mobile

● E-sign

Step 6: E-sign using Aadhaar

In this step, enter your 12-digit Aadhaar card number, click on e-sign. You will be directed to another website to complete your e-signing process.

Now click on I agree, enter the details on the NSDL website, and verify it with a one-time password.

Step 7: Thank You!

In this article, you will learn how to make customer transactions from your Distributor dashboard.

Step 1: Visit www.samcomf.com

Visit website and Click on the Distributor panel which you see on the top left corner of our website and click on Login.

Step 2: Enter Details

Now you have to enter your AMFI Registration Number (ARN) and click on submit.

Step 3: Enter OTP

You must enter the OTP that you received on your registered email id and mobile number. Then click on verify OTP.

Step 4: Investor Zone

You will be successfully logged in to your distributor dashboard. Then click on the Investor Zone tab.

Step 5: Add Investor.

Then click on Add Investor.

Step 6: Add prospects

You will see a pop up which says Add prospects. You must add your prospects name, mobile number, email id, and PAN no. Then click on submit.

Step 7: Verify Your OTP

Now you'll be taken to the Verify your OTP screen, where you must enter the OTP that your prospect investor received in his mobile number and email id, and then click Next.

Step 8: PIN Set Up

Then you will see Set up your login PIN page. Here you have to enter a PIN which you want to give to your investor. Then click on Next.

Step 9: Create Your Folio Page

Now you'll see create your folio page. Here you must provide your investor's personal information, such as their birth date, place of birth, and nationality. Tick on the terms and conditions, and then click continue.

Step 10: Bank Account Page

Then you'll be sent to the bank account page, where you'll need to enter your investors' bank account information, such as the IFSC code and account number.

Step 11: Add a Nominee

You also have an option to add a nominee, then tick the terms and conditions, and click to continue.

Step 12: Invest Now

Now you will see the scheme page then click on invest now.

Step 13: Proceed to Payment

Depending on your prospects choice of investment, you must choose between SIP and Lumpsum. Then press on Proceed to payment.

Step 14: Review & Make Payment

Now you be taken to the Review & Make Payment page. Review your investor’s orders here, then click the Send Payment Link button.

Step 15:Transaction Initiated Successfully

Then you'll notice a pop-up message that says "Transaction Initiated Successfully."

Step 16

• Your investor will now receive an email with a link to complete the transaction and to review his order details.
• When he clicks the link, he will be taken to the review and payment page.
• To make payment investors have two options to complete the investment through Net banking and UPI.
• Net banking will take him to his banks portal to log in and initiate the payment or he can simply add his UPI id and make payment.

Step 17: Investor Zone

Once your investor has successful made the payment you must return to your dashboard. Click on the investor zone tab again, you'll find that the investor has completed his payment procedure and is added to your list of investors.

Step 18: Logout

When you're finished, click the button beside your name in the upper right corner to log out.

Step 1: Visit www.samcomf.com

Click on the Distributor panel which you will see on the top left corner of the SamcoMF website and click on Login.

Step 2: Enter Details

Now you must enter your AMFI Registration Number (ARN) and click on submit.

Step 3: Enter OTP

Then you must enter the OTP, which you have received on your registered email id and mobile number. Then click on verify OTP

Step 4: Dashboard

Now you will see your distributor dashboard.

Step 5:  "Transaction" tab

Click on the transaction tab at top of the menu section.

Step 6: Transaction details.

Here you can see all your past transaction details.

Step 7: Segregate Details

You can segregate them based on date, status, lumpsum, SIP, or amount.

Step 8: Download Details

You can also download a PDF for your transactions.

Step 9: Logout

When you're finished, click the button beside your name in the upper right corner to log out.

In this article, we will show you how to invest in Samco Flexi Cap Fund.

There are two options available for investments:

• Lump-sum (Min of Rs 5,000/- and in multiples of Re 1/- thereafter)
• Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) (Min of Rs 500/- and in multiples of Rs.1/- thereafter)

Step 1: Visit www.samcomf.com

Click the ‘Invest Now’ button & Fill up the mandatory details like Name, email mobile number, and PAN.

Now click on I agree with all the terms. If you want to receive the notifications on WhatsApp then tick the checkbox and continue.

Step 2: You will receive the one-time password (OTP) on your mobile and email.

Enter both the OTP's and click on the Next button, You can set a 4-digit login PIN and click on next

Step 3: Personal Details

Your name will be auto fetched from your PAN card

Now enter your date of birth and place of birth, the country and nationality is selected as Indian

Now select your gender, and enter the details such as occupation, annual income, tax category, and FATCA details

After selecting it, tick the disclaimer and click on continue

(Gentle Reminder: To add your bank account details, we suggest you keep your bank passbook handy in order to save your time)

Step 4: Bank Account Details

Enter the bank details such as IFSC code, name, and account number. Now choose your account type, tick the terms and conditions & Click on continue to proceed.

Step 5: Nominee details

You can add them at the moment during the registration process or you can add them later. Click on continue.

(Note: You can add up to 3 nominees)

Step 6: Confirm scheme related details

Confirm the scheme name. i.e: Samco Flexi Cap Fund - Direct-Growth Click on invest now.

Enter your investment amount such as Rs.5,000/- or Rs 10,000/- (min amount is Rs.5,000/-)

You can choose the way you want to pay based on feasibility such as Lump sum or SIP

If you  wish to do a SIP, tick on SIP and select the desired SIP date

Now click on proceed to payment.

Step 7: Payment section / Payment option

There are two options to make the payment:

"Net banking or UPI", Right now we are initiating the payment through UPI.

Enter your UPI id, click on proceed Now login to your preferred app and approve the payment.

Once you approve the payment, your order will be successfully placed

Step 8: Verify your order details

Once, you make the payment you will see your investment details such as Investment amount, Fund mode, Folio number, order number, and payment reference number on the screen.

It's very easy to add a new bank account to your Samco Mutual Fund account.

You can add a new bank to your account with just a few clicks.

To add your bank account, follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Visit www.samcomf.com and log in to your Samco Mutual Fund account.

Step 2: Once you have logged in successfully, you will see your Samco MF dashboard and as per your preference, select whether you want to invest in a Regular or Direct plan and then click on invest now.

Step 3: In the next screen, you will have to choose between Lumpsum or SIP investment. Input the amount you wish to invest, and then click the Proceed to Payment button.

Step 4: On the next page, review your investment and make the payment. You'll see the bank account information that you have provided while creating your folio.

Now to add a new bank account, click on +Add Bank.

Step 5: Then a pop-up screen will open where you have to fill in the details like your IFSC Code, Bank Name, Account Number, Confirm Account Number, and Account type.

Step 6: You will see another pop-up that says Bank details saved successfully.

Step 7: You'll now be taken to the review and payment screen, where you may pick between the newly added bank account and the previous bank accounts.

Step 8: Then to make the payment, you have two options. You can either use Net banking or UPI.

Net banking will take you to your bank portal, where you will have to log in and initiate the payment. Or you can simply add your UPI id and make the payment.

Step 9: Once your payment is done, you will see your investment details such as investment amount, fund mode, folio number, order number, and payment reference number on the screen.

It means your order has been placed successfully.

Follow the below steps to reset your dashboard login PIN.

Step 1: Visit www.samcomf.com

click on the Login icon in the upper right corner.

Step 2:  Forgot PIN

Click on the Forget Pin button.

Step 3: PAN number

Now you have to enter your PAN and click on continue

Step 4: Enter OTP

After entering your PAN, you will receive an OTP on your mobile number and email ID. Enter the received OTPs and click on continue.

Now set your new login PIN and click on next.
